She has extensive experience in patent application preparation and prosecution, patent searching, and advising clients regarding patent portfolios of competitors. Roberta has also prepared patentability, invalidity, infringement/non-infringement, and freedom-to-operate opinions. As a research chemist, she assisted in the design and synthesis of novel chemical compounds for drug discovery.
