The Connecticut Intellectual Property Law Association (CIPLA) is honored to welcome Jennifer Deneault, Partner at Groombridge, Wu, Baughman & Stone’s New York Office, for an insightful discussion on Legal Ethics in IP Transactions on December 2, 2025, at the Elm City Club in New Haven. Cantor Colburn Partner and CIPLA President David Bomzer will host the evening. Following dinner, Ms. Deneault will lead a discussion on ethical considerations in IP transactions, followed by an interactive Q&A session. Self-certified ethics CLE credit is available.
