Devon Murphy concentrates on counseling, protecting, and enforcing trademark, trade dress, copyright, and other intellectual property rights. Devon assists clients with trademark clearance, monitoring, and enforcement. She assists clients in both U.S. and foreign portfolio management. Devon also has experience in copyright matters and domain name disputes, including arbitrations under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution.

The Hartford-area April 8, 2026, program explored the evolving distinctions between look-alike products, "dupes," and counterfeit goods, and examined intellectual property considerations involving trademarks, trade dress, design patents, copyright, and false advertising.
