Kerry Nicholson advises domestic and international clients in trademark clearance, prosecution, monitoring, and enforcement. She is involved in drafting cease and desist letters and settlement agreements resolving trademark disputes. Kerry further assists clients in trademark licensing, assignments, and consent agreements. As a former Trademark Examining Attorney at the USPTO, Kerry has experience in ex parte examination of applications for the registration of trademarks. She has also prepared cases and drafted briefs for ex parte appeal to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Kerry enjoys travel, dining at the best restaurants in Atlanta and cities to which she travels, live music, and professional sports. As a lifelong fan of professional tennis, Kerry learned to play tennis in 2021 and started playing competitively in 2022.
