Peter Hagerty is a former in-house research chemist with Polaroid Corporation and Shipley Company, now Dow Chemical Co., who has been a patent attorney with Cantor Colburn for the past 12 years. He concentrates his practice on patent counseling and prosecution in the chemical and mechanical arts, namely, plasma chemistry and related systems; polymers; bio-fuels; pulp and paper chemistry; smart materials, semiconductor processing and materials; nanotechnology; oil and gas; metallurgy; electroluminescent materials; and bedding, among others.
