The IP Strategy Summit: NYC brings together senior in-house IP counsel, chief legal officers, patent leaders, trademark and copyright counsel, litigators, and business stakeholders to examine how intellectual property can protect innovation, create competitive advantage, and support business growth.
This year’s program features two dedicated tracks. The Patent Strategy Track will address portfolio value, litigation readiness, licensing, enforcement, and AI-related patent issues. The Trademark, Copyright & Brand Protection Track will examine counterfeiting, online enforcement, content risk, global brand threats, and brand value. Cross-disciplinary sessions will connect both tracks with trade secrets, data, software, AI, and broader business strategy.
