Alison Caless to Moderate Interactive Case Study at INTA's 2026 TMAP Meeting
Cantor Colburn partner Alison Caless will moderate the new Interactive Case Study at the International Trademark Association's (INTA) 2026 Trademark Administrators & Practitioners (TMAP) Meeting, taking place September 27-29, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland.
The Interactive Case Study, a new feature of the 2026 program, will provide attendees with a hands-on learning experience focused on real-world trademark challenges. Participants will work through a realistic trademark scenario involving risk assessment, portfolio management, enforcement considerations, and strategic decision-making. The session is designed to emphasize practical application and collaborative problem solving, equipping trademark professionals with frameworks and insights they can apply within their organizations.
TMAP brings together trademark administrators, paralegals, IP operations professionals, brand owners, government representatives, and practitioners from around the world for two days of educational programming and networking. This year's program will address timely topics including artificial intelligence, trademark prosecution trends, portfolio management, customs recordals, transactions, and broader intellectual property protection strategies.
Ali Caless is a partner in Cantor Colburn's Trademark & Copyright Practice. She counsels clients on U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, portfolio management, licensing, and intellectual property transactions. She is an active leader in the trademark community, serving with both INTA and MARQUES.
