Mike will discuss the various methodologies for calculating damages under United States law, including the availability of enhanced damages and attorneys’ fees in certain situations. Mike is a trial lawyer of more than 20 years’ experience, whose varied intellectual property litigation practice includes domestic and international clients in a wide variety of industries, which often involve complex technologies. He co-chairs Cantor Colburn's Litigation Department.
