SABAC Annual Awards Gala 2026
Cantor Colburn is pleased to sponsor the South Asian Bar Association of Connecticut’s Annual Awards Gala, held on September 9, 2026 in Prospect, CT.
The evening celebrates excellence in the legal profession and the vibrant contributions of the South Asian legal community. This year’s keynote speaker is Sujata Gadkar-Wilcox, a Professor of Legal Studies at Quinnipiac University, where she teaches classes in constitutional law, comparative law, and human rights law, among other subjects. She is the Executive Director of the Oxford Consortium for Human Rights and a Fulbright-Nehru Scholar. She is also the first woman of Indian origin to serve as a Senator in the State of Connecticut.
Cantor Colburn partners Anne Maxwell, Ph.D., Michael H. Brodowski, Ph.D., and Managing Partner Brad Lawrence will attend in support of SABAC’s mission and the Connecticut legal community.
