Cantor Colburn is sponsoring The IP Strategy Summit: Houston on Thursday, May 12, at the Hotel Derek, where Co-Managing Partner Philmore Colburn II will be a featured speaker. Conference topics will address IP strategy in light of the Alice ruling on what’s patentable, the Octane and Highmark decisions on fee shifting standards, post issuance proceedings, and the USPTO’s second round of AIA changes proposed in August.
