Bud Bedingfield has 20+ years’ experience in product clearance; patent searching, including searching relative to patentability; validity and landscape analyses; technology transfer due diligence and agreements; invalidity, non-infringement, and patentability opinions; patent reexaminations; and U.S.,  foreign patent, and trademark procurement.  Bud handles intellectual property matters for a wide range of clients, including technology transfer due diligence, agreements, product clearance, infringement validity, and patentability opinions.  He has extensive experience in the areas of medical devices, battery technology, computer science and software, telecommunications, and more.
