Attys React to High court's Copyright Fees Ruling

Michelle Ciotola comments in IP Law 360 on the significance of the Supreme Court's June 17, 2016 ruling in Kirtsaeng v. John Wiley & Sons. The court ruled that to determine the award of attorneys' fees to successful copyright litigants a heavy emphasis should be placed on whether the case is "objectively reasonable."
