Phil Colburn will speak on a panel entitled, "Patent Prosecution & Portfolio Management: U.S. & International" at the Center Force IP Strategy Summit: Global & Domestic in Silicon Valley on December 3, 2019.
The panel will discuss managing patent prosecution, including patent filing strategy in light of the new USPTO director's initiative, budget constraints and quality, continuations and provisionals, and international filings. On the panel with Phil are Diane Gabl Kratz of Seagate Technology, Eric Lin of Molecular Devices, and Kelvan Howard with Visa.
Phil will also lead a round table discussion on Patentable Subject Matter Under 35 USC § 101.
