David brings 17 years of experience from General Motors, where he served as Senior Executive Counsel for Autonomous Vehicles. He led legal strategy for GM’s autonomous vehicle initiatives, including Cruise’s robotaxi fleet, and advised on complex IP, technology, and regulatory issues. A registered patent attorney, Dave has deep expertise in technology law, IP portfolio management, and software licensing, including open source compliance.
