Joint Patent Practice CLE Seminar 2022
Cantor Colburn partner Andrew C. Ryan will present, "PlasmaCAM, Inc. v. CNCElectronics, LLC - Infringement of licensing" during the annual Joint Patent Practice Continuing Legal Education (JPPCLE) Seminar on June 15, 2022 in Iselin, New Jersey. The Keynote Speaker will be the Hon. Jacqueline Wright Bonilla, Vice Chief Administrative Patent Judge, USPTO.
Andy is a trial lawyer with over a decade of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in patent cases and other complex litigation matters. He also has significant experience in adversarial proceedings in the Patent and Trademark Office and chairs the firm’s Post Grant Review Practice Group. He regularly counsels clients on adversarial PTO proceedings co-pending with litigation. Andy has experience in a wide variety of industry areas, including electronics and semiconductors, robotics, automotive components, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
