Ruslan brings 20 years of experience as a development chemist in the life sciences field. Prior to becoming a patent agent and joining Cantor Colburn, Ruslan worked at Promega Biosciences, a multidisciplinary chemistry powerhouse, and a branch of Promega Corporation. He has specialized in innovative synthesis and purification, scaling laboratory procedures to sub-kilo manufacturing protocols for a broad spectrum of synthetic targets, including small molecules, bioluminescent substrates, fluorescent dyes, labeled short peptides, microparticles, and polymers. While at Promega, he led multiple initiatives to establish supply-chain independence, optimize production for cost savings, and enhance operational safety.
