David Kincaid Recognized in the IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders 2026
Partner and Artificial Intelligence Practice Group Co-Chair David Kincaid has been selected for inclusion in IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders 2026, which recognizes leading intellectual property professionals who excel in developing and implementing strategies that maximize the value of IP portfolios.
In addition to being recognized in the IAM Strategy 300, David's honors include recognition in Best Lawyers and the Legal 500 City Elite Rankings.
David is a registered patent attorney who develops and executes patent strategies for domestic and international clients. His practice focuses on electrical and computer technologies, particularly software, and he works at the forefront of innovation in areas such as artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, cloud computing, and other emerging technologies. Drawing on both private practice and in-house experience as former patent counsel at Hewlett-Packard, he helps clients build, protect, and maximize the value of their intellectual property portfolios. Over the course of his career, David has handled thousands of patent matters spanning a wide range of emerging and established technologies.
