Thomas V. DelRosario


Thomas DelRosario is a patent attorney with a specialization in electrical engineering patents. Tom has 17 years of experience as an intellectual property attorney including serving as in-house counsel at a semiconductor company with revenues of $2 billion a year. While in-house, Tom managed outside counsel for several of the company’s product groups and evaluated work product. In addition, he interfaced with key stakeholders to develop and manage patent portfolios in several different product categories, including read channel, wireless, printers, and solid-state memory. His specialties include patent preparation and prosecution; general counseling on intellectual property issues; electrical patents; mechanical patents; software patents; semiconductor patents; and business method patents.
