Tasia Perkins focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation. Tasia has experience in all aspects of litigation from early case assessment through trial. She has been involved in multiple complex jury trials concerning both patent and trademark infringement claims. Tasia also has experience with multi-defendant litigation and large joint defense groups. In addition, she has represented clients in arbitration matters and opposition and cancellations proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Tasia also has experience in pharmaceutical litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act, including managing voluminous electronic discovery.
