Kathryn Marra brings more than 20 years of in-house expertise in all aspects of intellectual property and related transactions.  Her trusted, experienced guidance and counsel provides creative and pragmatic solutions.  A true specialty of Kathryn’s is drafting and negotiating complex global IP agreements, including a wide variety of collaboration and venture agreements, technical/patent licenses, purchasing agreements, software and data licenses, service agreements and non-disclosure agreements.  Her practice also focuses on patent prosecution, infringement and clearance analysis, strategic portfolio management and IP training, and divestitures and acquisitions.  Kathryn has supported intellectual property issues globally for numerous advanced technologies throughout her career including autonomous, electric, and fuel cell vehicles, infotainment systems, vehicle software, other software and related services, interiors, exteriors, safety, advanced materials, electro-mechanical components, computer-aided design, manufacturing, additive manufacturing and traditional propulsion systems.
