Jeremy Briggs works closely with clients including Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, and individual inventors to protect their innovative ideas.  With particular focus on identifying and developing areas of monetization, clients rely on Jeremy for guidance on IP matters having high commercial value. 

His broad practice includes patent drafting and prosecution in emerging technologies including computer hardware, context-aware computing, cloud computing, autonomous robotics, mobile telecommunications, medical devices, and social media, among others.  Jeremy’s mechanical expertise includes plastics manufacturing, pneumatics, sports equipment and medical devices.  He has significant experience performing legal investigations in areas of patentability, infringement, patent validity, and freedom to operate.
