Audrey Trace concentrates her practice on counseling, protecting, and enforcing trademark, trade dress, copyright, and related intellectual property rights. Audrey assists clients with trademark clearance, monitoring, and enforcement. She assists clients in both U.S. and foreign portfolio management. Audrey also has experience in copyright matters and domain name disputes, including arbitrations under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.

On November 17, 2021, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) finalized a series of new rules implementing the provisions of the Trademark Modernization Act (TMA).
