Anne Barry: Women Patent Prosecutors with Remarkable Track Records in 101
Anne Davis Barry is the top .3% of women patent attorneys for overcoming 101 rejections, as tallied by IP Toolworks, which considered both granted patents and applications in which all 101s were overcome. The article, Celebrating Excellence: Women Patent Prosecutors with Remarkable Track Records in 101, also features guidance from Anne.
IP Toolworks used its extensive database of patent prosecution documents to identify patent attorneys and agents with the highest performance, based on their ability to overcome 101 rejections, considering both granted patents and applications in which all 101s were overcome but that may not have ultimately issued for other reasons. These practitioners hold exceptional track records. Such achievement rightly affords best-in-class status, placing our recipients within the top 0.3% of patent prosecutors in this challenging field.
