The IP Defense Summit: Seattle 2016

Cantor Colburn is sponsoring The IP Defense Summit: Seattle 2016 on Thursday, October 20, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seattle, where Co-Managing Partner Philmore Colburn II will be a featured speaker. Conference topics will address the continuing transformation of IP litigation by the passage of the AIA four years' ago.

Phil will be part of a panel discussion on “The Defensive Trinity: Prosecution, Portfolio Management & Business Alignment.” Also on the panel are Heather Boussios, Assistant General Counsel at Emergent BioSolutions, Richard Hake, Chief Patent Counsel at Metagenics, and Summereen H. Nott, Director, Global Legal Services at Expeditors.

Phil will also lead a roundtable discussion on "Unintended Consequences: What Patent Owners Need to Know about Nautilus, Octane, Highmark and Alice."
